  • Drive the execution of core people processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles, ensuring a fair, consistent, and well‑communicated experience.
  • Implement and continuously improve HR policies and processes, balancing local labor law requirements with global frameworks and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to support onboarding, leadership development, and people‑leader capability programs.
  • Leverage HR systems and people analytics to identify trends, surface risks (e.g., engagement, attrition, performance), and recommend clear, actionable solutions to senior P&C stakeholders.

What you bring to the team

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in People & Culture or HR, including 2–3 years in a HR Business Partner or generalist role—ideally within a tech, product, or high‑growth environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of HR practices and employment laws in Nepal; experience supporting multi‑country or regional teams is a plus.
  • Hands‑on experience with HR tools including HRIS platforms, performance or engagement tools, and people analytics or reporting dashboards.
  • Proven experience supporting performance cycles, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding programs, and policy implementation.
  • Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to interpret people insights and translate them into practical recommendations.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with the credibility to partner effectively across levels, teams, and cultures.
  • Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
  • Cultural agility and the ability to navigate local and global perspectives with empathy and confidence.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) to collaborate effectively in a regional and global setting.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field.]

What we would like to see, but not required

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
