Position Summary #LI-AG1
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Revenue Analyst to join our Analytics team within Revenue Operations. This role is a key interface between business stakeholders and our data development team. You will be responsible for translating business questions into clear analytical requirements, building scalable reporting solutions in Power BI and Salesforce, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between GTM stakeholders (Sales, CS, Marketing, RevOps) and the data development team to understand, document, and prioritize analytics needs
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed specifications for data and reporting solutions
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions
- Partner with Salesforce admins and developers to ensure accurate and efficient reporting within Salesforce and related tools (e.g., Saleforce Reporting, Einstein Analytics)
- Proactively analyze trends and performance across the revenue funnel, identifying key insights and areas for improvement
- Ensure reporting consistency, data accuracy, and KPI alignment across systems and teams
- Support ad hoc analysis and executive reporting needs with high quality, speed, and precision
- Contribute to the evolution of our data strategy, tooling, and analytics processes
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, revenue/sales analytics, or similar roles in a SaaS or B2B tech environment.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI (including DAX, data modeling, and Power Query) and Salesforce reporting (reporting, dashboards, and basic SOQL understanding).
- Proven ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions.
- Strong data storytelling skills — ability to extract insights from complex data and present them in a clear, compelling way.
- Familiarity with GTM metrics such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, sales velocity, retention/churn, CAC, LTV, etc.
- Experience collaborating with data engineering teams and understanding data architecture and pipelines.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially around documenting requirements and presenting findings.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, or other analytics tools is a plus.
Salary Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $91,000 and $106,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
