Accenture Federal Services is seeking highly skilled Cloud Platform Engineers to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will design, implement, and maintain with emphasis on our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, scalable, and efficient. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop innovative cloud solutions that align with our business objectives and drive technical excellence across the organization.
What you’ll need:
- 4 years of cloud engineering and infrastructure experience (AWS highly preferred)
- Experience in Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates, or similar
- Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as: Docker, Kubernetes, container orchestration
Bonus Points if you have:
- Strong background in systems engineering, networking, and security
- Azure experience: Azure Government Cloud, ARM templates, Azure DevOps, security services
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure experience: Compute, networking, database services
- Data Science & Analytics capabilities:
- Python data analysis, ML pipeline development, database optimization
- Security specialization: penetration testing, vulnerability management, compliance frameworks
- High-performance computing and distributed systems experience
- Network architecture: VPC design, hybrid connectivity, security groups, load balancing, SD-WAN, network security, traffic analysis
- Identity and Access Management across cloud platforms
- CI/CD pipeline development and automation
- Linux/Unix system administration and automation
- Monitoring, logging, and alerting system implementation
- Performance optimization and troubleshooting
- Database administration and data management
- Security hardening and compliance implementation
- API integration and automation development
- Version control systems (Git) and collaborative development Cloud Platform Experience
- Cloud migration and modernization project experience
Clearance:
Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret preferred
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
