As a Business Process Designer, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing, developing, and refining workflows to enhance organizational efficiency. Your primary responsibility will be to identify inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions to optimize their effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with business users to gather and define detailed product requirements and use cases, ensuring that the solutions you design align with organizational goals. Additionally, you will establish systems for continuous monitoring and feedback collection, enabling ongoing process improvement and adaptability over time. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong ability to translate complex workflows into streamlined, actionable processes.
Success in this role will be bolstered by your prior experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements, particularly in client-facing roles within the Federal Government. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. A track record of designing and refining workflows, coupled with the ability to collect and act on feedback, will position you as a key contributor to the organization’s operational success.
Here is what you need:
- Experience in business process analysis, including identifying gaps, designing future state processes, and measuring performance
- Client-facing experience within Federal Government
Security Clearance:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to start
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
