Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Program/Project Manager to support our client in the Ft. Meade, MD area.

Responsibilities:

Plan, initiate, and manage projects utilizing Agile methodologies
Lead and guide the work of technical staff
Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects
Plan project stages and assess business implications for each stage
Monitor progress to assure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met
Serve as the single point of contact to the Government
Integrate and coordinate all activity required to execute the contract and manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of problem identification and resolution

What You’ll Need:

8 years’ experience in project management
Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, contract types and structures, and budget programming cycles and timelines
Experience managing mid-level and junior business and IT personnel
Experience with agile software development lifecycle

Bonus Points if you have:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Project management experience in the federal contracting space
Familiarity with cloud computing fundamentals
Strong technical aptitude, creativity, communication skills, and cross-group collaboration skills
Passion for finding process and product solutions for hard problems at scale and building partnerships to operationalize said solutions in new, undefined space

Must have an active TS/SCI level clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, and the District of Columbia is:

$97,300 - $195,400 USD
