Senior Compliance/Audit Specialist
Job Description
The Compliance/Audit Specialist serves as the primary liaison between the program and external independent public auditors, leading all aspects of the annual System and Organization Controls (SOC1) audit process including preparation, evidence collection, documentation review, and audit reporting. This role ensures program compliance with federal regulations, DoD policies, and industry standards while serving as the principal point of contact for external auditors throughout the audit lifecycle.
What you need:
- Candidates must meet one of the following three areas:
- Advanced Degree:
- Bachelors degree in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Equivalent Training:
Completion of one of the following accepted training programs:- Cyber 101
- IT Program Auditor (Advanced) Playlist
- Professional Certification:
Holding one of these certifications:- RCCE Level 1
- CCISO
- CCSP
- CISA
- CISM
- CISSP
- FITSP-A
- FITSP-M
- GCSA
- GISF
- GSLC
- Advanced Degree:
- 8 years of experience with audit/compliance experience (SOC, FedRAMP, FISMA, etc.)
- Experience supporting federal audits and working with internal controls frameworks
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
