Service Portfolio Manager
Job Description
The Service Portfolio Manager will manage and maintain the client's Service Portfolio to ensure offerings reflect customer needs and align with program objectives. Analyze service usage and performance data, make portfolio-level decisions, and oversee the lifecycle management process for services from conception to retirement. The Service Portfolio Manager will work with technical teams to evaluate, prioritize, and define service offerings as the clients System evolves. Collaborate with business analysis and customer success teams to align the overall portfolio with organizational goals and market demands. The Service Portfolio Manager will develop and maintain service-related strategy documentation, coordinate with communications to promote offerings, and implement portfolio management tools. Stay current with industry best practices in service portfolio management and ITSM.
What you need:
- Candidates must meet one of the following three areas:
- Advanced Degree:
- Bachelor's degree or Ph.D. in one of the following fields: Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or Software Engineering.
- Equivalent Training:
Completion of one of the following accepted training programs:- Cyber 101
- IT Investment/Portfolio Manager (Advanced) Playlist
- Professional Certification:
Holding one of these certifications:- CCISO
- CISM
- CISSO
- CISSP
- FITSP-A
- FITSP-M
- GCSA
- GFACT
- GSLC
- Advanced Degree:
- 8 years of experience managing IT/service portfolios and catalogs in a technical enterprise
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Security Clearance:
- Active Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, or TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required, depending on position

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
