THE ROLE

AG1 is looking for an entrepreneurial, execution-focused Director, Marketing Operations (International) to lead the operational delivery of new and existing product initiatives across EU, UK, APAC, and future expansion markets.

This role serves as the operational engine behind international product launches — translating global product vision into structured, executable launch plans that meet commercial, regulatory, and supply chain requirements in each market. You will own the systems, governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination required to deliver launches on time, within scope, and with operational excellence.

Reporting to the Vice President, Growth, Europe, this role acts as the central hub between Global Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, RNI, Finance, Digital, and Regional teams. You will drive clarity across priorities, manage interdependencies, remove bottlenecks, and ensure full lifecycle accountability from Stage 0 ideation through post-launch performance tracking.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong PMO, commercialization, or Marketing Operations background who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings rigor to ambiguity, and can both architect process and roll up their sleeves to execute.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Launch Operations & Lifecycle Governance

  • Operational Roadmap Oversight: Own and manage the end-to-end international launch calendar, ensuring product roadmaps are translated into executable project plans across the EU, UK, and APAC.
  • Stage-Gate Governance: Lead and govern the international stage-gate process (Stages 0–4), enforcing readiness standards, managing cross-functional dependencies, and ensuring all commercial and operational criteria are met prior to market entry.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Serve as the central hub for Marketing, Supply Chain, RNI, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure 360-degree readiness for all international launches.
  • Market Localization Management: Partner with NAM and regional leads to adapt global initiatives into market-specific timelines, ensuring local resourcing and regulatory requirements are integrated into the master project plan.
  • Risk & Resource Management: Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and lead cross-functional decision-making to mitigate risks to launch timelines or quality.

Process Excellence & Performance Optimization

  • Repeatable Playbooks: Establish and continuously refine scalable GTM processes, tools, and operating rhythms to ensure launch excellence can be replicated across diverse and expanding regions.
  • Post-Launch Operational Review: Lead the post-launch audit process to track performance against F12M targets, identifying opportunities to optimize execution quality and commercial outcomes.
  • Product Lifecycle Oversight: Manage the operational lifecycle of international products from initial readiness through post-launch evolution, including scaling strategies and end-of-life execution.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Translate post-launch experimentation and regional insights into actionable process improvements and future roadmap optimizations.
  • Launch Readiness Reporting: Maintain high-visibility reporting on launch status, resource allocation, and project health for executive stakeholders, ensuring transparency across global and regional teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 8–10 years of experience bringing new CPG innovations to market, ideally within wellness, consumer goods, or global consumer brands in international markets
  • Proven experience leading international or multi-market GTM strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data and insights to guide decision-making across diverse markets
  • Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across regions and time zones
  • Strong understanding of international GTM complexity, including localization, regulatory considerations, and supply chain dependencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
  • Strategy and operations experience within GTM, commercialization, or customer experience functions
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple, concurrent international initiatives
  • Demonstrated capability in process improvement and building scalable operating models
  • Curiosity about global cultural trends, health and wellness conversations, and consumer behavior across regions
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, and organizational skills

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  • A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide reset and reflect days, and unlimited PTO (based on your country of residence).
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
  • A work environment and culture that is based on high performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to work with passionate, high-growth, business-minded colleagues who bring their all to our mission each and every day.
  • Access to AG1 products and branded swag.
  • Monthly telecom stipend to offset some of the costs of home internet/wifi for eligible team members.
  • All other benefits and insurances as required by law, based on your specific country of residence.
