THE ROLE

We are seeking a hands-on, performance-driven Manager, Paid Media (International) to join our growing Growth team at AG1. This role is ideal for someone to take ownership of paid media campaigns across the Google Ads ecosystem for the international markets (outside of North America). This role is ideal for someone with solid experience who can independently manage campaigns across Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display — while balancing both brand building and performance objectives.

Reporting to the VP, Growth EU, you’ll partner closely with North America counterparts to ensure and play a key role in driving measurable growth through data-led optimisation, while also strengthening brand visibility, awareness, and positioning across channels. Collaborating cross-functionally with global teams including the North American teams, you’ll contribute to campaign strategy, ensuring our paid media efforts deliver both immediate results and long-term brand impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Campaign Ownership

  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns for the international markets across the following channels: Search (via Google Search intent targeting), Shopping (product feed optimisation and scaling), YouTube (video campaigns on YouTube), and Display (prospecting and remarketing)
  • Maintain clean account structures and naming conventions, collaborating with stakeholders and peers within the North America and regional teams ensuring consistency with brand and marketing guidelines
  • Take ownership of campaign performance and delivery

Optimisation & Scaling

  • Monitor and optimise campaigns regularly (bids, budgets, targeting, creatives)
  • Identify scaling opportunities and performance improvements
  • Run structured A/B tests across ads and landing pages
  • Improve core metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate)

Shopping & Feed Management

  • Manage and optimise feeds via Google Merchant Center
  • Improve product data quality to enhance visibility and performance

Audience & Keyword Strategy

  • Conduct keyword research and search intent mapping
  • Build and refine audience strategies (remarketing, custom, in-market)
  • Continuously expand and refine targeting

Tracking, Reporting, and Budget Oversight

  • Implement and validate conversion tracking using Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Ensure accurate data flow and attribution
  • Produce regular reports with clear insights and recommendations
  • Manage budgets effectively across channels and campaigns
  • Forecast performance and adjust spend based on results
  • Ensure efficient spend aligned to business goals
  • Work with creative, product, and marketing teams to improve campaign performance both within the North America and regional/international teams
  • Communicate performance updates and actionable insights to stakeholders

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years of experience in-house or at a top-tier agency managing Search, Shopping, YouTube, and Display campaigns above the 7 figure budget range per month while held to strict customer acquisition and CAC targets in the DTC e-commerce space (ideally for a subscription business)
  • Strong understanding of PPC fundamentals and bidding strategies
  • Experience with feed optimisation and Google Merchant Center
  • Hands-on-keys experience within Google Ads platform responsible for end-to-end planning, execution, management, optimizing and reporting of campaigns
  • Experience building out, updating and owning comprehensive annual testing roadmaps and a learning agenda for Google Ad channels
  • Process-oriented mindset to support identifying team needs and contributing to the development of efficiency workflows crossfunctionally
  • Meticulous attention to detail and proven ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple workstreams concurrently
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills to collaborate across teams and articulate ideas effectively
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude always looking to improve performance
  • A proactive approach to work bringing new ideas to the table rather being reactive and waiting to be told what to do
  • Demonstrated interest in the broader cultural landscape across social media, spanning health and wellness, sport, social trends, etc

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  •  A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide reset and reflect days, and unlimited PTO (based on your country of residence)
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
  • A work environment and culture  that is based on high performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to work with passionate, high-growth, business-minded colleagues who bring their all to our mission each and every day.
  • Access to AG1 products and branded swag.
  • Monthly telecom stipend to offset some of the costs of home internet/wifi for eligible team members.
