iMigrate is a self-service immigration platform designed to make the visa application process simple, accessible, and affordable. We help individuals apply for immigration benefits without the high cost of traditional legal services. Through our guided platform, users are walked step-by-step through their application, answering questions, uploading documents, and receiving fully prepared forms ready for submission. Our process is built to remove confusion and complexity:

● iMigrate prepares and organizes their full application

● They receive a ready-to-submit case with confidence.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Manager to lead and grow iMigrate’s social media presence. This is a hands-on role responsible for content creation, daily account management, and growth initiatives. You will own the full social media platforms from planning and publishing content to engaging with the audience and driving partnerships.

Core Responsibilities 

1. Social Media Management 

● Manage day-to-day activity across all platforms (posting, comments, DMs)

● Maintain a consistent and culturally relevant brand voice

2. Content Creation & Publishing

● Create short-form video, graphics, and written content (English & Spanish)

● Write captions and scripts aligned with brand messaging

● Schedule and publish content consistently

3. Content Strategy & Planning

● Develop content pillars and monthly content calendars

● Identify trends and create content that drives growth and engagement

4. Partnerships & Influencer Outreach

● Identify and reach out to creators, influencers, and partners

● Coordinate collaborations and campaigns to expand reach

5. Performance Tracking & Optimization

● Track engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

● Continuously optimize content and strategy based on performance.

Qualifications & Skills

● Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

● Content Creation & Tools:

  1. Proven experience managing social media accounts (preferably for a brand or business)
  2. Must be able to show examples of content created or accounts managed (portfolio or links required)
  3. Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok (algorithms, trends, content formats)
  4. Proficient in Canva for graphic design
  5. Experience editing short-form video (e.g., CapCut, InShot, or similar)
  6. Comfortable creating content directly on mobile (Reels, TikTok, Stories)
  7. Basic understanding of lighting, framing, and content composition

● Social Media & Growth:

  1. Experience using scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  2. Ability to identify trends and turn them into content quickly
  3. Understanding of engagement strategies (hooks, captions, CTAs) What We’re Looking For
