Our Influencer Marketing Team is the engine for our most important marketing channel for the biggest part of Europe and thrives for success with new creative approaches and "think new" mentality when it comes to content and formats. Your responsibilities 

  • You lead the creator marketing teams of 2 countries (Netherlands/Belgium,DACH) strategically as well as operationally, considering the company goals and marketing mix in combination with the local market needs.
  • You oversee the allocation of a 6-digit budget across markets, channels, and formats to enable each team to spend it efficiently.
  • You are the sparring partner for your team members, support them regarding the conceptualization of marketing campaigns and develop structures and processes to fuel efficiency.
  • You ensure engaging and entertaining content to go live across all funnel steps in each of the markets by bringing an in-depth understanding of channels, formats, and content trends to the teams as well as by being a great creative sparring partner to them.
  • You steer local teams by translating global strategy & frameworks into local roadmaps
  • You review and report performance for all markets, indicating areas of optimization
  • You develop local teams to ensure growth and upskilling of all teamies.
  • You ensure gold star content for teams, through reviewing local influencer content and helping teams improve to ensure creative, unique and engaging content reflecting air up's brand standards
  • You focus strategically on local regions to ensure Awareness, interest and ROI, creative excellence, through local team creator selection, briefing and execution as related to business goals.

This is you

  • You have 5+ years of experience in content creator marketing, of which you worked +2 years in a position with functional as well as disciplinary leadership responsibilities.
  • You have ideally experienced in an influencer marketing environment, have worked in a fast-paced consumer brand or FMCG environment, and you have a proven track record of successful, engaging campaigns or content collabs/partnerships.
  • You are a social media expert with strong marketing communication skills and a creative understanding of how to build up a funnel. Your strong strategic competence makes it easy for you to conceptualize the content creator marketing approach on region, market, or campaign level.
  • You work data driven and have a good analytical understanding of marketing and campaign KPI’s combined with strong Excel/Google sheet skills.
  • You are fluent in English, all other languages are a plus
