
Brand Marketing Director
Position Overview:
The Senior Brand Manager leads the strategic development and consistent execution of the brand across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience needs. This role oversees the Marketing Manager and collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, campaign effectiveness, and process efficiency. The Senior Brand Manager plays a pivotal role in translating business strategy into integrated marketing initiatives that strengthen brand equity and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Define and evolve the brand’s strategic direction, ensuring consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the Marketing team and provide strategic oversight to the leads in social media, content, design, performance, and events.
- Campaign Oversight: Approve and guide the execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are brand-aligned and performance-driven.
- Creative Supervision: Oversee the development of brand assets and storytelling across formats, ensuring alignment with visual and verbal brand guidelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Evaluate brand and campaign performance through KPIs and reporting dashboards. Deliver insights and optimization recommendations.
- Process Management: Define workflows for campaign development, creative approvals, and internal alignment to ensure agility and quality.
- Innovation & Brand Evolution: Identify market opportunities and propose new initiatives to expand the brand’s reach, particularly among underserved or growth markets.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:
- Legal: Ensure all messaging and campaign assets are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate reviews and approvals for sensitive content.
- Operations: Align campaign rollout and event execution with the operational capacity of each office or team. Coordinate needs related to staffing, locations, and on-site logistics.
- PR & Communications: Align media messages and brand tone with PR narratives, event messaging, and crisis communications when needed.
- Data & Performance: Collaborate on the development of reporting dashboards, interpretation of campaign results, and tracking of audience engagement trends.
- Executive Team: Provide updates on brand performance, campaign impact, and strategic initiatives. Present brand evolution proposals and lead executive alignment on messaging.
Performance Metrics:
- Increase in brand awareness and engagement across key audiences and platforms.
- Campaign consistency and impact across digital and offline channels.
- Internal alignment and efficiency in campaign and creative workflows.
- Team performance, coordination, and adherence to brand standards.
- Contribution to business growth through strategic brand activations.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, integrated marketing, or campaign leadership roles.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams and developing brand systems.
- Deep understanding of paid media, creative development, and omnichannel campaign execution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, with experience in multicultural communication.
- Ability to manage complex projects and lead with clarity in fast-paced environments.
