We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on learning experience in core HR operations, with a focus on I-9 auditing, new hire paperwork processing, and backend system support within UKG (our HRIS system). The ideal candidate will gain valuable insight into compliance-driven processes and HR systems management while contributing to the efficiency and accuracy of onboarding.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Assist with auditing and verifying I-9 forms to ensure compliance with federal regulations
- Identify and report discrepancies or missing documentation in employee records
- Organize, track, and process new hire paperwork, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Support data entry and system updates in the UKG backend, including employee profiles and onboarding workflows
- Assist with generating reports and summaries related to employee information
- Collaborating with HR team members to improve efficiency in onboarding and employee data management
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements
