Delivery Manager
As a Delivery Manager at AltScore, you are the driving force behind timely, high-quality customer implementations. You coordinate resources, remove blockers, and build processes that empower our delivery engineers to focus on what matters most—technical excellence and customer success. Your mission is to optimize project execution, develop team capabilities, and maintain operational excellence that fuels AltScore’s growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Project Pipeline Management & Resource Allocation. Ensure delivery projects are executed on-time and on-scope by prioritizing work aligned with Customer Success. Optimize team resource usage to maximize efficiency and meet customer commitments.
- Team Development & Capability Building. Grow the skills and project management capabilities of delivery engineers, enabling them to handle complex projects and consistently improve delivery quality. Foster high team satisfaction.
- Operational Excellence & Process Optimization. Design, document, and continuously improve delivery processes, playbooks, and tools that standardize and streamline project execution.
- Customer Relationship & Communication Management. Set clear customer expectations and proactively communicate to exceed them. Manage escalations and ensure smooth post-delivery adoption.
- Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align delivery with customer needs and company goals. Ensure smooth handoffs and actionable feedback loops.
- Business Impact & Performance Analytics. Monitor delivery performance metrics and continuously improve time efficiency, and overall impact on customer success and business growth.
Requirements
- 2+ years of software engineering experience (or the equivalent expertise of ~5000 hours of deliberate practice).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proven experience leading delivery or project management teams in technology-driven environments.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize team and project performance.
- Experience developing processes and driving operational excellence.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to dynamic environments.

- Base Salary: $3,000 - $5,000 USD per month, depending on skills according to our scale L3 - L8.
- Performance Bonus: Based on achievement of agreed KPIs.
