As an Social Media Specialist at Array, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence. You will communicate brand messaging for a wide range of campaigns across numerous networks. You will support the HelloPrivacy and Brand Yourself product line which helps millions of people clean up, protect and improve their online privacy & reputation. The goal is to promote individuals and businesses as thought leaders in their respective industries by developing their online reputation. This is a remote contract position.

You Have:

  • Ability to effectively communicate through both written and verbal channels. Proficient in crafting bios, client content, and articulating BrandYourself's processes and messages.
    Experience managing multiple brand accounts with numerous moving parts and weekly deadlines. Skilled in reporting the exact status of each onboard to the team while adhering to a tight schedule.
  • Demonstrated care and sincerity towards tasks, understanding the sensitivity of managing people's reputations. Capable of managing client expectations effectively and treating their goals as your own.
  • Openness to feedback from various industries without taking it personally. Ability to embrace constructive criticism from both team members and clients.
    Enthusiastic about tackling new tasks and challenges, jumping at opportunities to contribute collaboratively within the team.

You Will:

  • Offer 40 hours of weekly team support, contributing to the collective success of our endeavors.
  • Deliver high-quality, error-free work for team member’s client portfolios and ecosystems, spanning various platforms and content types.
  • Independently manage your schedule while fostering open communication and collaboration across the team to ensure overall success.
  • Engage in customer service and professional writing, ensuring clarity and simplicity in all communications.
  • Effectively manage your time and adhere to weekly deadlines, providing timely updates on client accounts.
  • Embrace feedback from team members and clients, incorporating constructive criticism to enhance performance.
  • Stay engaged with trends and developments in social media platforms to maintain expertise in the field.
