This role is ideal for someone who is technically skilled, execution-focused, and excited to partner with an experienced architect to shape the future of our Salesforce environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Development & Configuration
  • Build and maintain custom solutions using Apex, SOQL, and Flows.
  • Support and optimize automation (flows, validation rules, triggers) across Sales, CS, and Service processes.
  • Assist in consolidating legacy automations into efficient, scalable flow structures.
  • Build flow to automatically create renewal opportunities when subscriptions close.
  • CPQ Support
  • Maintain and configure Nue CPQ product bundles, pricing rules, and approvals.
  • Work alongside the Architecture Manager to optimize CPQ performance and usability.
  • Collaboration & Support
  • Partner with the Salesforce Admin to support requests from go-to-market teams.
  • Support enablement efforts by documenting system changes and features.
  • Collaborate with the Architecture Manager to execute larger-scale technical improvements.
  • System Integration
  • Maintain and support integrations between Salesforce and tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and our internal AW platform.
  • Troubleshoot sync or process errors and assist in enhancing data flow across platforms.
  • Reporting & Data Management
  • Build out MRR logic and reporting so that new Orders accurately reflect monthly-recognized revenue across their active term, rather than only at the start or end date.
  • Collaborate on enforcing data governance, validation rules, and best practices to ensure data cleanliness.

Who You Are:

  • A technically capable developer with a passion for clean, scalable solutions.
  • Comfortable executing on direction from a lead architect and contributing ideas for improvement.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating across Sales, CS, and Marketing stakeholders.
  • A proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail and data quality.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with a proven track record of building and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Comfortable using DevOps tools like Gearset or Change Sets for deployments (a plus).
  • Experience with CPQ systems, specifically Nue CPQ, including configuration, management, and pricing structures.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, Zoominfo, 6Sense, etc.) and alignment of these systems with business processes.
  • Data Management & Governance: Strong understanding of data cleanliness, governance, and automation using validation rules and best practices in Salesforce.
  • Experience managing flows and automation and consolidating and optimizing flows for scalable, efficient processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex Triggers, Batch Apex, and error handling mechanisms, ensuring code quality and system stability.
  • Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications are a plus, but strong hands-on experience is required.
  • Ability to Lead & Train: Experience training users and managing system adoption within the organization, with a proactive approach to driving system success.
  • Strong communication skills: especially when translating technical needs to non-technical users.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
