Why do we ask your gender identity?

Gender is understood by society as something binary and immutable. But in reality, there is a spectrum of identities that need not coincide with biological gender.
However, a person who socially positions himself as a transsexual has reduced chances of being employed.

We want to contribute to changing this reality by offering data for companies to take affirmative action in their Recruitment & Selection strategy.
Remember: your data will never be used as elimination criteria in selection processes. With them, companies are able to analyze diversity and reduce biases in selection processes.

-Cisgender: (or cis) is a term for people whose gender identity matches their gender assigned at birth
-Transgender: (or trans) is a term for people whose gender identity is different from their gender assigned at birth.

Why do we ask your sexual orientation?
Sexual orientation still affects a person's perception of merit and ability. Furthermore, conservatism can get mixed up with organizational decisions and this directly restricts hiring non-heterosexual people.

-Bisexual: is the person who is attracted to two or more genders.
-Heterosexual: is the person who is attracted to people of the gender considered opposite to this person's gender.

Why do we ask for your skin color or race information?
A person's color or race influences many aspects of their life. In Brazil, structural racism affects income, access to goods and services, career opportunities and much more.
In the labor market, this results in very unequal distributions of people of different colors or races, making the employability of some groups higher than others - which is even more discrepant in high positions.
