We are part of the Upstream Rehabilitation family of clinical care, a leading operator of outpatient physical therapy clinics in the United States. While our business has local roots and a passion for serving our community, we also have the educational and clinical resources that are only possible through a larger company like Upstream.

Bethesda Physical Therapy and Wellness is here to serve the local community of Staunton, Virginia and surrounding Augusta County, and those in need of physical therapy and rehabilitation.
