Business Summary

Boundless Learning (BL) provides mission-critical expertise, services, and solutions to support higher education institutions seeking to extend their reach and positively impact the lives of learners via a broad array of online academic programs and short courses. The Partnership Strategy and Engagement (PSE) team is driven by supporting the success of our academic partners globally and is currently seeking a Partnership Manager to support our team and specified US partners.

The Partnership Manager Role

As we transform the NOAM team and prepare for growth, we are reformulating our team structure to better support and exceed the expectations of our current academic partners in North America. For this new role we are seeking a dedicated professional,  with at least three years’ previous experience within one of the functional teams at Boundless Learning, who has demonstrated their understanding of the dynamics of working with our partners, is excited to be more partner-facing as part of their own professional development and is passionate about supporting students and the wider Boundless Learning mission and broader business objectives.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Ability to support and execute on a range of operational activities that require an attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, resilience and prioritization and tasks completion skills to see activities through to completion.
  • Coordinate internal and external performance reporting, cross-functional team (CFT) meeting facilitation, Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) preparation, along with other data analysis, as required.
  • Ability to work within the bounds of a fast-paced, multifaceted portfolio of partners, each with their own opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to work closely with both the Senior Director of Partnership Strategy and Engagement and the Partnership Director on a wide range of issues, in a supporting role, and across a specified portfolio of our NOAM partnerships.
  • Confidence to manage difficult conversations, while maintaining strong relationships with the broader internal functional teams involved in the management of each partnership.
  • Proficiency in utilizing internal systems such as (but not limited to) Salesforce and Tableau and are able to manage and present key data and other reporting related to each partnership.
  • Readiness to play a critical role as collaborator with all functional teams supporting the partners: Marketing, Enrollment, Student Success, Operations, Learning Design, and other supporting functions.
  • You are within commuting distance of one of our North America offices and able to attend routinely and willing to occasionally travel to other Boundless Learning offices or to meet with our partners on campus when required.

Your Profile and Passions

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of professional success during a tenure of at least 3 years in the organization.
  • You have demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced organization that prioritized student and partner success and building long-term relationships.
  • You are comfortable working across functions and hierarchies and in close collaboration as required across teams, departments, and geographies.
  • You have a deep understanding of the functional operations of the business and have worked in at least one of the key functional areas.
  • You are motivated by achieving KPIs and performance metrics and are commercially minded.
  • You are highly organized and meticulous and can demonstrate that you execute tasks through to completion.
  • You have organization and project management skills and can demonstrate ability to handle complex administrative tasks, project management and multitasking
  • You can demonstrate proficiency and enjoy presenting, written and verbal communication and are eager to further develop your stakeholder engagement skills.
  • You have a demonstrable passion for empowering potential, supporting students to excel and the power and importance of higher education in the US and globally.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: [$95,000– $110,000 USD/CAD/year], based on experience and qualifications.
