The Role:

As the Sr. Paid Media Manager, you will own Bloomerang's paid acquisition strategy end-to-end. You are responsible for driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through multi-channel paid media programs including Google, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, CTV, Directories, and ABM platforms (including 6sense).

You will leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate performance, sharpen targeting, and scale creative testing across channels. You will define the strategic roadmap, manage agency performance, optimize channel mix, and partner cross-functionally with Demand Gen, Customer, Brand, RevOps, and Sales to improve CAC, pipeline velocity, revenue, and ROI.

 

What You Will Do:

Strategic Ownership

  • Define and evolve Bloomerang’s paid media strategy aligned to revenue targets and GTM goals.
  • Develop annual and quarterly acquisition plans tied to pipeline and CAC goals.
  • Lead testing roadmap across channels (creative, audience, bidding, messaging) — including AI-driven experimentation frameworks.
  • Leverage AI tools to identify emerging channel opportunities, model scenarios, and accelerate strategic decision-making.
  • Own the contribution percent of paid to the all-in revenue targets.

Revenue & Performance Accountability

  • Own paid contribution to MQAs, SALs, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Forecast spend, performance, and ROI — using AI-assisted modeling where applicable.
  • Identify scaling opportunities and efficiency gains, including through AI-powered bidding strategies and automation.
  • Optimize full-funnel tracking in partnership with RevOps.

Agency & Vendor Leadership

  • Own agency relationship, scope, performance benchmarks, and accountability.
  • Establish performance KPIs and reporting cadence.
  • Evaluate and onboard new paid platforms or vendors as needed, including AI-native tools for targeting, creative, and optimization.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Partner with Sales, Customer, and Revenue teams to align on pipeline quality and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with external agency and internal Brand team on brand awareness paid media campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Content and Brand teams on messaging strategy.
  • Partner with Brand Services team to level up paid media creative — including AI-generated and AI-assisted creative testing — to improve ad performance.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting on performance trends and insights.

Data & Optimization

  • Analyze performance weekly/monthly/annually across channels.
  • Continuously refine channel mix based on ROI and pipeline contribution.
  • Build dashboards and attribution insights to inform executive decisions, incorporating AI-powered analytics tools to surface patterns and opportunities faster.
  • Use AI to automate routine reporting tasks and redirect focus toward strategic analysis.

Budget Management

  • Own and optimize a significant paid media budget.
  • Allocate spend dynamically based on performance signals, leveraging AI-assisted forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Drive efficient customer acquisition.

 

How You Succeed:

  • Drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth from paid channels, consistently hitting or exceeding CAC and ROI targets.
  • Build and execute a data-driven paid media strategy aligned to quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Experience managing multiple segmentations, audiences, sales cycles, and offerings.
  • Continuously improve performance through structured testing and optimization across channels and funnel stages — including AI-powered creative and audience experiments.
  • Translate paid performance data into clear insights and executive-ready reporting.
  • Effectively manage agency partners to ensure accountability, performance, and strategic alignment.
  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Sales, RevOps, and Content to improve pipeline quality, conversion rates, and ultimately, revenue.
  • Actively integrate AI tools into your daily workflow — from research and drafting to analysis and reporting — to drive efficiency, move faster, and stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving paid media landscape.

 

Qualifications:

    • 5–8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles.
    • Proven track record of driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through paid acquisition programs.
    • Experience managing six- or seven-figure paid media budgets across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, CTV; ABM platforms such as 6sense preferred).
    • Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing, multi-touch attribution, and demand generation strategy including Inbound and ABM tactics.
    • Demonstrated ability to forecast performance, model CAC/LTV, and optimize spend based on ROI.
    • Experience managing and holding agencies or external vendors accountable to performance goals.
    • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Salesforce, Marketo, BI tools).
    • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, or similar) to accelerate work — including research, performance analysis, content drafting, and workflow automation.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered ad platform features (e.g., Google Performance Max, Meta Advantage+, 6sense AI targeting) and a curiosity to stay current as these capabilities evolve.
    • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with Sales and RevOps teams.
    • Ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation 
The salary range for this position is $103,000 - $140,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws

Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position (within the U.S. and select Canadian Provinces only). Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
