Role: Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM)

Role Purpose
We are seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead the technical and operational engagement with key strategic partners, including mobile carriers, financial institutions, and major streaming merchants. This role will oversee the end-to-end technical integration of our bundling solutions, working directly with partner technical teams to assess capabilities, align on requirements, and drive implementation under tight timelines and with limited resources.
The successful candidate will manage multiple integration projects across the Latam and EMEA regions, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring successful delivery from initiation through launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical relationship with resellers and merchants throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Conduct comprehensive gap analysis and solution design with resellers to ensure their bundling solutions meet the required technical and operational requirements of respective merchants (including non-standard project-based integrations).
- Design integration solutions aligned with established standards and best practices, driving consistency across implementations.
- Own project planning, including creation and maintenance of project plans, task breakdowns, and delivery schedules.
- Manage all project documentation, including solution design, meeting notes, status reports, and technical documentation.
- Effectively address project change requests and expectations while reducing scope creep.
- Coordinate internal and external teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- Track and report integration progress, including weekly status updates, risk assessments, and post-launch retrospectives.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and available resources.
- Drive technical issues for launched integrations to resolution with urgency and focus and serve as an escalation point. Support Business Development in the pre-sales phase with technical inputs as and when required.
- Maintain clear and effective communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Proactively identify process improvements, tooling gaps, or documentation needs that could streamline future integrations.
Measures of Success
- 95% of partner integrations delivered on time, within scope, and with zero critical defects at launch.
- All active projects maintain up-to-date documentation.
Key Skills, experience and Competencies
- 8+ years of technical project management experience, preferably within payments industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish in both business and technical/IT setting.
- Experience integrating with third party web services across a variety of technologies (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in system integration in payments domain.
- Critical thinking skills to analyse problems, find solutions, and make decisions.
- Work experience in integration of digital merchants, mobile carriers, financial institutions is preferred.
- Excellent SQL skills.
- You have a successful track record in delivering integration projects, in a customer/client facing role, from concept to launch.
- You have a high degree of technical competency in software development practices, project management, and the ability to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.
- You possess strong analytical and quantitative skills in order to gather insights from data to identify underlying issues.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, Scrum/Agile development environment with ability to multi-task and respond flexibly to change.
- You deal well with ambiguity and changing deadlines while keeping focused on delivering results.
- You are a strong and effective project leader who can prioritize well and communicate effectively.
- You are comfortable getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
- You are an experienced self-starter with a problem-solving focus, an analytical mindset, and extreme attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Technology / Engineering (Preferred)
- Project Management Professional from PMI (Preferred)
- Scrum Master Certification (Preferred)
