ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Administrator at Boostlingo you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our go to market teams. You will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce CRM system to meet the needs of our sales, marketing, and account management departments. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for driving sales success through technology. 

 

WHAT WILL BE EXPECTED OF THIS ROLE: 

  • Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our go-to market team.  
  • Manage user profiles, permissions, and security settings.  
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.  
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account management teams to ensure seamless lead-to-opportunity conversion.  
  • Provide ongoing training and support to all CRM members.  
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality.  
  • Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates and recommend new features or enhancements.  
  • Monitor data quality and integrity within Salesforce.  
  • Administer and provide support to integrated technology stack similar to: DealHub, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Chorus, 6Sense, RingLead, Linkedin Sales Navigator 

 

WHAT MAKES YOU PERFECT FOR THIS ROLE:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and data management. 
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards. 
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) is a plus.
