WHAT YOU'LL DO

We are seeking an Executive Assistant (EA) to join the Product Program Management team to contribute to the mission of empowering Braze to build a best-in-class product through operational excellence. Lead logistics for large-scale gatherings such as the PDE annual planning onsite and Department Kickoffs, in partnership with internal stakeholders (e.g., Workplace Experience, IT). Responsibilities include booking conference rooms for a large number of meetings, securing external venues, managing contracts, coordinating vendors, and finalizing RSVPs
  • Meeting Coordination: manage agendas and presenter logistics for recurring meetings (e.g., Product bi-weekly), including scheduling cross-functional participants, adding them to calendars, and ensuring they provide the slides in advance
  • Operational Support: support the Product Program Management team with project coordination, documentation updates, and tracking and following up on department-wide action items
  • New Hire Coordination: own administrative onboarding tasks such as managing Slack and email group access
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and maintain professionalism across all communications
