About the team

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Management Intern to join Careem Food in Jordan. The intern will support the Account Management team in maintaining and growing relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring operational excellence, and contributing to the commercial objectives of the business. This role provides hands-on experience in the dynamic online food delivery industry, working closely with account managers who oversee diverse restaurant portfolios.

What you'll do

  • Assist account managers in managing daily partner communications, including follow-ups on operational, payment, and promotional matters.
  • Support the preparation of partner performance reports (GMV, CPC usage, order growth, promotional ROI) using internal dashboards and data tools.
  • Help track partner campaign participation (discounts, value offers, CPC, in-app promotions) and monitor results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Supply Operations, Marketing, Demand Generation) to resolve partner issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Assist in onboarding new restaurant partners, ensuring they are set up correctly on the platform with complete menus, pricing, and photography.
  • Monitor and report on service quality issues, such as order delays, menu errors, or customer complaints, escalating when needed.
  • Contribute to partner presentations, proposals, and other account management materials.
  • Maintain accurate partner records and documentation in CRM and reporting systems.

What you'll need

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in the food delivery, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
