Reporting to the VP Cision One, the Enablement Senior Manager is responsible for the Commercial cloud Enablement team. This position partners CX, Sales and Account Management Leaders on their needs, priorities. As an experienced people leader, this position provides regular coaching, feedback and alignment to the Enablement team and actively listen to anticipate needs of stakeholders and ensure the internal and external enablement processes, programs and people operate with efficiency and to a high standard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Project Management – Oversight and thorough management of CX Enablement projects, reports to key stakeholders, holds project team accountable and utilizes project management strategies.
• Prioritization – Able to clearer prioritize and support Enablement team with projects, balancing needs of Senior Leadership team and their requirements with the overall business objectives.
• Enablement Strategies – Competent in different formats of emblement for associates, passionate about new techniques and approaches, as well as Sales Methodologies and coaching.
• People Leadership – Management of a global team of 7 CX Enablement associates.
• Mentorship & Coaching – Identifies needs within the team, provides regular feedback and coaching to ensure success and growth of associates in their roles and
responsibilities.
• Collaboration- Engages the "right people" within and beyond organizational boundaries by matching individual capabilities and skills to the situation.
• Relationship building - Builds strategic relationships across the organization to ensure projects run smoothly and you have the bigger picture.
• Thinking with foresight – Anticipates business needs and goals, to drive projects forward in a seamless manner and support Senior Leadership team
• TechStack Empowerment – Passionate about the TechStack and utilizing this to the best of your ability to achieve desired outcomes.
Minimum Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years’ experience
• People Leader for 2+ years
• Project Management
• Technology - Atlassian – Confluence, Articulate, LearnUpon, Salesforce
