Your professional experience is valued here
A welcoming and supportive setting where you can develop and make a real difference in the world – that’s what you’ll find at COFRA. We’re a family business, geared to creating lasting value and united by an ambition to change industries and society for the better. Aspiration and entrepreneurism are encouraged and rewarded with opportunity. Teams are diverse yet close-knit. Relationships matter. People matter.
What we can achieve together
You will report to the Senior Business Analytics & Financial Planning Lead, and you will have broad interaction with members of the finance team based in Zug, the Strategy team at the Amsterdam office and our global business units. The role is held at the COFRA holding level, with primary focus on covering our private equity business, Bregal Investments. Bregal is managing ~€19bn of Assets under Management, with teams based in the US and Europe. The Bregal head office is based in London, and therefore ad hoc travel will be required.
Quarterly Business Review (QBR) for Bregal
Preparation, participation and follow-up of quarterly business reviews for Bregal, covering both the investment platform (fee income business) and COFRA’s own Private equity portfolio investment (portfolio valuations, capital calls, exit distributions). QBRs are critical in the review process of COFRA’s business performance. During the quarterly meeting the mid- and long-term strategy for the business is being determined, with financial performance and liquidity aspects being evaluated. QBRs are an exciting intersection between the COFRA Group and the businesses, giving an opportunity to engage in corporate strategy activities (portfolio review, strategy process, sustainability, etc.) and performance evaluation discussions. This process provides exposure to senior management both at COFRA and at Bregal.
