Senior React Engineer

As a Senior React Engineer, you'll be instrumental in developing our comprehensive application development kit—a suite of reusable components, auth systems, logging tools, and modular feature flows that power our complex financial products. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a startup environment where priorities shift quickly, problems are solved creatively, and every day brings new challenges. Key Responsibilities (What you will be building):

• Cross-platform applications using React Native with react-native-web for seamless native-first development that scales to web
• Reusable component libraries with advanced theming capabilities using CSS-in-JS
• Modular feature flows that can be orchestrated into complete app experiences
• Complex financial interfaces for swaps, portfolio management, and crypto operations
• Internationalized experiences supporting multiple markets and languages

Qualifications:

• 5+ years with React and substantial React Native experience
• Strong TypeScript skills—we're a TS-first team
• Experience with Redux or Redux Toolkit (and you're comfortable using it as the right tool for the job)
• CSS-in-JS experience for component styling and theming
• Experience building both web and native apps
• Self-starter who can take ownership of features from concept to deployment
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements
• Enjoys wearing multiple hats and tackling diverse technical challenges
• Experience in fast-paced environments where shipping quickly matters
• Interested in mentoring other developers and contributing to technical strategy
• Comfortable working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes

Nice to Have:

• Experience with component library architecture and design systems
• Background in fintech or complex data-driven applications
• i18n/localization implementation experience
• Experience creating and publishing NPM packages
• Understanding of state machine concepts for modeling complex application flows

This is a fully remote position. Must be willing to work some overlap between EST. English is our global team’s common language, so strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
