Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a Website (UX) Design Intern with a passion for creating clean, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn from experienced UX professionals while contributing to meaningful design work on our marketing website and SaaS platform. If you’re excited about usability, accessibility, and designing with data, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with UX designers, researchers, and product marketers to design web experiences that are visually appealing and conversion-optimized
- Support ongoing website redesign efforts, landing page experiments, and usability improvements
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma
- Help maintain and contribute to our website design system
- Conduct competitive research, benchmark UX patterns, and synthesize user feedback into design recommendations
- Participate in design critiques, sprint planning, and team reviews to refine ideas and solutions
What You’ll Learn

- Bonus: Interest in SEO, analytics, or marketing tech
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in UX design, HCI, visual design, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Portfolio or project examples showcasing your design thinking and process.
- Familiarity with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar).
- Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt role being paid an hourly wage/40 hours a week.
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour.
Note: Actual salary offered may vary within this range based on education, knowledge, skills, abilities, relevant experience, internal equity, and geographic location, among other factors. The actual compensation, if offered a position, will be based on these factors.
