The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Head of Product & Growth who’s excited to create the next generation of customer intelligence platforms. You’ll shape the future of our SaaS platform and lead our Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. First, you’ll use the PLG motion for Sales lead generation. Next, you’ll develop a self-service motion for direct revenue generation.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll not only set the vision but also bring it to life — prototyping, testing, and iterating quickly to create exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with both our customers and our Design, Engineering, and GTM teams to create world-class product experiences that drive measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap: collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact product initiatives
  • PLG strategy & results: own the results of our product-led growth strategy, driving outcomes and optimizing based on performance data
  • Be a hands-on builder: use cutting-edge tools to create and iterate on prototypes and functional experiences quickly
  • Get to know our customers: analyze user behavior data and speak to customers to identify what’s working and where there’s room to improve
  • Iterate quickly: ship experiments to improve user time-to-value and drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with GTM on positioning: develop targeted messaging and positioning to maximize demand gen

Qualifications

  • SaaS & PLG: 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management with product-led growth strategies, ideally at an early-stage startup
  • Rapid Development & Prototyping Tools: hands-on experience with prototyping tools and/or RAD platforms like Retool, Bubble, or equivalent
  • Domain Knowledge: experience in martech or adtech, including understanding campaign metrics, audience segmentation, and analytics workflows
  • Product Analytics: data-driven decision-making skills and familiarity with tools like Amplitude, PostHog or Mixpanel
  • Collaborative Working Style: bridge product, engineering, and go-to-market teams

Nice to haves

  • Alternative Data: familiarity with alternative data and competitive intelligence a strong plus
  • Data Visualization Expertise: proficiency in tools/libraries like D3.js, Highcharts, Plotly, or equivalent
  • API Integration: solid experience in working with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data
  • Data Science Context: familiarity with data science workflows, EDA, and data-driven problem-solving

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range of $185,000 - $225,000

Location

In-person at our NYC office strongly preferred.  Remote candidates who can spend some time in-office (e.g., monthly) will also be considered.
