Covey is at a pivotal growth moment, and we're looking for a Customer Success Manager who's passionate about helping businesses unlock the transformative power of Covey's AI platform. If you're excited about being on the front lines of AI adoption and want to guide organizations through one of the most significant workplace transformations in history, this role is for you.
What You'll Do: As our Customer Success Manager, you'll be the trusted advisor helping businesses navigate their Covey journey. You'll work directly with decision-makers and end-users to drive meaningful adoption, ensuring they realize measurable value from our platform. This isn't just about software support—you're helping reshape how organizations work with Covey's AI solutions.
Your Impact:
- Accelerate Covey Adoption: Guide customers from initial Covey implementation to advanced integration, helping them overcome adoption barriers and maximize ROI
- Champion Change Management: Work with teams to drive user engagement and help employees embrace Covey as a productivity multiplier
- Drive Business Outcomes: Identify opportunities where Covey can solve real business problems and deliver measurable results
- Shape Covey's Evolution: Your customer insights will directly influence our roadmap as we scale to meet market demand
- Build Confidence: Help customers develop internal Covey champions and create sustainable adoption practices
About You
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management or Consulting.
- 5+ years work experience.
- Strong business acumen and deep knowledge of Customer Success practices.
- Customer-centric mindset.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional team.
- Analytical and data-driven thinker with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and accurately summarize significant amounts of information to senior-level stakeholders.
- Quick and agile work style with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excitement for work.
- Comfortable learning and working in a start-up environment.
- Experience in SaaS start-up a plus.
- Experience in Recruiting a plus.
