As the Modernization Solutions PM at Crowdbotics, your job will be to ensure Crowdbotics seamlessly integrates with our customers’ technology systems, and to build and maintain secure pipelines for AI-powered code analysis and information generation. You will work proactively to understand customer use-cases and prioritize feature work that drives sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive expert AI and technology decisions
  • Work closely with Sales and Delivery to discover and prioritize opportunities
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to plan work and test concepts before committing them to development
  • Possess expert knowledge of AI and system modernization
  • Work with Product Marketing to develop internal training as well as customer-facing educational materials
  • Fully engage with customers during their onboarding stage. Collect feedback, provide technical solutions, and share insights internally to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proactively identify and address any roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the customer onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to find solutions.
  • Work with internal product and engineering teams to make product and documentation changes required for developers to successfully self serve.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 7-10 years of product management experience
  • 5 years+ of working in a developer-centric role such as engineering or technical product management 
  • Experience building developer-focused products such as developer tooling, APIs, CI/CD, DevOps.
  • Experience and comfort working directly with customer developers 
  • High familiarity with Enterprise SDLC, system modernization, and AI
  • Demonstrated recent experience writing code (of any quality, this role won’t ship production code)
  • Strong communicator with ability to influence and effectively convey technical concepts to technical clients.
  • Proven track record in shipping enterprise-grade products
