Career Team is seeking an HR Generalist to support our  HR-related duties on a professional level and work closely with the Human Resources Manager and VP of HR in supporting Career Team's HR function. This position carries out responsibilities in supporting the following functional areas: HR policies and procedures updates, benefits administration, employee relations, training maintenance and assistance, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and help define and improve Career Teams' work culture and employment law compliance.

In this role, you will work from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am PHST.

Your Impact on Career TEAM’s Success:

  • Implement human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health, and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, compliance, and labor relations; completing personnel transactions.
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
  • Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees’ experience
  • Support employees with efficient problem-solving when any human resources issues arise
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to questions regarding onboarding, taxes, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  • Educate employees on HR processes and policies.
  • Approach each day and task with a “ZAG” mindset.
  • Other duties and projects as needed.

The Ideal Qualifications for this Position Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources Operations
  • Expert level working knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and ATS Systems (Greenhouse, ADP Workforce Now preferred)..
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 PHP/month, commensurate with experience
