Your Future Job  

As a Brand Experience Specialist, you'll partner with the Sr. Manager, Brand Experience to craft unforgettable experiences at trade shows, consumer events, and our Marketing Kitchen tastings—turning every moment into a chance to build lasting brand loyalty. Your role will include developing creative strategies, orchestrating seamless event executions, and aligning everything with our business goals. Plus, you'll be the mastermind behind branded merchandise and warehouse management, ensuring smooth operations and a perfect fit with our marketing initiatives. Ready to make an impact? What You Will Do

  • Assisting in the planning of annual strategic initiatives for trade and consumer events across North America.
  • Leading the execution and management of trade events, including administrative tasks, ensuring smooth attendance, and delivering a seamless brand experience.
  • Creating and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consumer brand experiences, covering elevated sampling, food safety, and sourcing materials to maintain brand integrity and quality standards.
  • Supporting the Sr. Manager, Brand Experience in planning, executing, attending, and managing logistics and tastings at consumer events.
  • Leading key events and activities in the Marketing Kitchen, showcasing its potential and driving engagement.
  • Developing and managing a Daiya-branded merchandise program, from concept to execution.
  • Collaborating with internal creative teams and external vendors to source, procure, and track marketing materials for tours.
  • Overseeing day-to-day warehouse strategy, including inventory control, packing, and shipping tasks.
  • Identifying key consumer and customer insights to guide future marketing strategies.
  • Developing marketing collateral that aligns with our brand messaging and objectives.
  • Managing the events calendar and ensuring timely post-event reporting, along with tracking key performance metrics.
  • Communicating event opportunities, updates, and potential risks to internal stakeholders (Digital Engagement, Brand, R&D, Sales, Warehouse teams).
  • Recruiting, training, and managing Brand Ambassadors and Food Temps as needed for events.
  • Fostering long-term brand partnerships to increase brand presence and loyalty.
  • Managing additional Brand Experience and Marketing projects as assigned.

Your Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, with two (2) years of experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Preference for experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.

What You Bring 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure environments. 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Willingness to travel and perform set-up/take-down duties at events, representing Daiya professionally and energetically. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments. 
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities. 
  • Able to prioritize tasks under tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to influence and persuade at all organizational levels. 
  • Capable of handling inquiries tactfully and efficiently. 
  • Passion for the natural products industry and the culinary world is a plus. 
  • Graphic design skills are a plus. 

Compensation, Benefits & Perks

Daiya’s compensation offerings are based on a pay-for-performance philosophy. Thepay range for this position is from$55,000-$65,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
