Key accounts Customer Success Intern (x/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a Key Accounts Customer Success Intern to join our Hospitals Business Unit. This team is in charge of implementing and monitoring Doctolib solutions in Hospitals and Large organisations, while ensuring high satisfaction of our clients.

What you’ll do

You will support the team in the following areas:

  • Set-up the project framework and governance with the client, defining the key objectives, KPIs and timeline;
  • Participate in the project: prepare & animate project meetings, coordinate all the streams with the client, identify & solve potential roadblocks, follow-up the advancement vs objectives and timeline
  • Give recommendations to perfectly integrate Doctolib into the client's environment: audit the activities, propose new ways of organization integrating Doctolib, ensure perfect integration into their IT systems working closely with the Technical consultant on the project
  • Support the team in planning the future: identify opportunities to develop Doctolib inside the client (new users, new services..), ensure users are autonomous and that the right governance is in place, plan passover with the Key Account Performance Manager
  • Establish relevant KPIs to monitor project success and ensure client satisfactions and alignment with strategy

  • You are a studying in Healthcare Economics or Biomedical Engineering;
  • You are comfortable with SAAS technologies or you have a keen interest in tech;
  • You have an analytical mindset and can structure projects;
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and oral;
  • You can find solutions and know how to explain them simply;
  • Italian is your mother tongue and you're fluent in English.

The interview process 

  • An interview with a Recruiter (30’ in English)
  • An interview with one or two Manager from your future team (45’)
  • A final Interview with the BU Director (30’)
