About the Role

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the heart of our most exciting product launches. You’ll own procurement for key ingredients and packaging, with a focus on cost, risk, and supplier performance—ensuring on-time launches and continuous cost improvements. As the connective tissue between Product, R&D, Operations, and external partners, you’ll ensure every new rollout moves seamlessly from spec to shelf.

What You’ll Do

Procurement & Sourcing

  • Source and secure raw ingredients and packaging materials for new and existing products.
  • Build and manage supplier and co-manufacturer relationships—balancing cost, quality, and flexibility across all SKUs.
  • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and lead times to support a fast-growing portfolio.

New Product Introduction (NPI)

  • Lead operational readiness for new product launches, owning sourcing plans, timelines, and supply chain inputs.
  • Act as the NPI project lead across cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Marketing, Quality, etc.).
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks across the supply chain—from ingredient availability to packaging delays and co-man capacity.
  • Drive smooth commercialization handoffs to contract manufacturers and packaging partners.

What Sets You Apart

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and urgency.
  • Resilient problem-solver who embraces challenges and complexity.
  • Creative negotiator with a knack for finding solutions to cost and lead time constraints.
  • Strong bias for action and accountability.
  • Clear, candid, and respectful communicator.
  • Highly collaborative and team-oriented.

Why Join Us

You’ll be a key part of a nimble, mission-driven team committed to rethinking what’s possible with food. This role offers the chance to shape how we scale testing and quality systems, grow into broader technical areas, and directly contribute to the success of a category-defining product.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
