對於向Coupang提交工作申請並通過面試的求職者,Coupang可能會安排額外的資歷查核。Coupang可能會蒐集您的其他個人資料,包括從公開來源蒐集的誠信資訊,以及從您的前雇主或同事處蒐集的工作表現評估資訊。
- The applicant’s references will be checked with his/her previous employers only, excluding the current employer. His/her current employer, however, shall be contacted for reference checks if he/she does not have any previous employer.
- The information acquired from reference checks shall be used for hiring purposes only.
- Personal information to be collected from reference checks: job responsibilities, job performance and results, leadership skills, communication skills, interpersonal skills, personality, morality, and reason for leaving the job.
- Retention and usage: until the retention period for general personal information above expires.
- Information acquired from reference checks shall not be provided to the applicant nor to a third party.
- References can be checked with a party named by Coupang in addition to the parties that the applicant chooses.
- The applicant shall not raise objections to the findings of reference checks or their influence on the final hiring decision.
※ You may refuse to provide consent, but such refusal may prevent you from applying or result in the restriction of opportunities in the hiring process.
※ You understand that it is your responsibility to inform your references and obtain their consent for Coupang to collect, process and use their personal information before sharing them with Coupang.
- 求職者之資歷查核將僅向前雇主核實,並排除現任雇主。然若求職者並無任何前雇主,將聯繫現任雇主以進行核實。
- 資歷查核所取得之資料僅得用於招聘目的。
- 資歷查核可能蒐集之個人資料:工作職責、工作表現及成果、領導技巧、溝通技巧、人際交往技巧、個性、道德標準及離職原因。
- 保存及利用: 直至上述個人資料保存期限屆滿。
- 資歷查核所取得之資料不得提供予求職者或第三方。
- 除求職者選擇之對象外,亦得向Coupang指定之對象進行核實。
- 求職者不得就資歷查核之結果或該查核對最終聘用決定之影響提出異議。
※ 您可選擇拒絕同意,但拒絕可能導致您無法申請職缺或限制您的應徵機會。
※ 您理解在向Coupang提供受諮詢對象之個人資料前,您有責任通知該受諮詢對象並確保其同意Coupang蒐集、處理及利用該個人資料。
