About the role:

With a clear strategy and strong momentum, hipages is on a mission to lead and redefine the digital tradie ecosystem in Australia. Partnerships are at the heart of this growth, driving value for customers, partners, and the business.

In this role, you’ll own and grow relationships with some of Australia’s most trusted brands, including IKEA, Bunnings, Ray White, and Stratco. You’ll also identify and secure new partnership opportunities that align with our ambitious strategy. Working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Service teams, you’ll bring partnership programs to life.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role offering the autonomy to shape how partnerships contribute to hipages’ success. You’ll have the chance to design innovative solutions, champion collaboration, and influence how we engage with the market.

How you will add value:

  • Manage and nurture existing strategic partnerships to achieve agreed performance goals.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new partners, in collaboration with the CRO.
  • Onboard new partnership opportunities aligned to hipages' growth strategy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales & Service) to execute successful partner programs.
  • Define KPIs with each partner and monitor progress through dashboards and regular reviews.
  • Deepen partner engagement and identify areas to increase mutual value.
  • Ensure partner-driven initiatives uphold hipages’ customer experience standards and core values.
  • Conduct regular performance and alignment meetings with partners.
  • Own and deliver partnership project plans with clear timelines and accountability.

About you:

  • Proven track record in partnership management, sales, or service relationship roles.
  • Prior experience using CRM platforms — Salesforce experience is ideal.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to deliver complex initiatives on time.
  • Flexible and adaptive strategic thinker.
  • Quick learner and self-starter with strong attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication skills.
  • Emotional intelligence.
