Position Overview
Join our growing creative team at Stanley as a CMF Production Artist (Temp)! You will work closely with the CMF Design team, reporting to the Senior CMF Design Manager. Partner with teams in Product Development, Product Management, Industrial Design, and Engineering to construct compelling artwork and finishes that promotes a collaborative and environmentally-conscious way of living.
This role requires you to work in a hybrid capacity out of the Seattle, WA area and is a 6-month temp assignment.
About the role
- Supporting the creation and development of artwork and finish for all Stanley product categories.
- Set up and maintenance of all artwork and placement files for production.
- Adherence to project deadlines and expectations assigned by the manager.
- Daily communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams both domestic and overseas.
- Ensure all work adheres to Stanley brand standards and follows industry guidelines.
- Join brainstorming sessions with the CMF team and cross-functional partners to create innovative concepts that encourage consumers, uphold the Stanley brand, and align with business goals.
- Tap into design and industry trends and share research and inspiration with the greater team.
- Dieline and asset library maintenance.
- Take an active role in growing the artwork production function at Stanley.
About you
- Outstanding taste and a passion for product, with a balance of creativity and technical skills. Love collaborating creatively and applying technical artwork on products.
- Expertise in crafting pattern repeats and production-ready artwork files.
- Highly motivated – taking ownership of projects and at the same time, being objective and responsive to feedback.
- Confident and able to take initiative with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbally and visually.
- Familiar with 'progression' in the context of multiple iterations of testing and learning, or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Strong affinity with food, beverage, and lifestyle products.
Education and Experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fine Arts or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional production artwork experience.
- Hardgoods or softgoods experience required, specifically knowledge of printing and finishing processes.
- PLM experience a plus.
- Online portfolio representing current relevant work.

The base pay range for this position is for a successful candidate within the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on multiple factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
Salary Range
$42 - $48 USD
