Director Broadcast Engineering (EU Remote)
As a Director Broadcast Engineering, you will be part of our Global Production and Operations team that plans and organizes the production of our live or taped, studio or event broadcasts. The Director Broadcast Engineering is responsible for overall technical aspects during transmissions. You will direct and control the creation of signal flows, equipment bookings, technical setup and supervision, event staffing and directly handling negotiations with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
What you’ll do:
Lead a team of both local and global engineers
Perform quality assurance by reviewing and updating documentation for accuracy, and consistency in voice, tone, and messaging
Lead the maintenance and integration of all systems and for all levels of broadcast equipment
Create and review investment proposals for broadcast equipment
Work together with production teams and producers to develop adequate production setups and workflows that can be delivered on time and on budget
Drive innovation within ESL’s engineering and tech department
Organize and deliver projects and initiatives to guarantee desired quality levels and furthermore improve service quality
Ensure delivery of optimized process design and service quality inspections in order to achieve compliance with internal and external quality standards, relevant regulations, licenses and certifications
Ensure assessment of current business practices and define scope for process improvement in business operations and service quality
Define quality standards, procedures and specifications for TV production & Engineering
Develop and implement adequate controls and documentation procedures for enhancing quality

What you need:
Minimum of 8 years of experience working in a broadcast production area live sports or entertainment
A strong knowledge of technical issues related to TV production
Demonstrated ability to communicate in English language, both spoken and written (required)
Able to manage multiple projects effectively, with the ability to prioritize based on scope and deadlines
An understanding of the competitive esports industry and its events
Ability to work under time pressure and remain calm in challenging situations
Brand Partnership Sales Developer
We are looking for a driven and strategic Brand Partnership Sales Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our category strategy and driving our go-to-market approach across selected brand verticals. By identifying growth opportunities, engaging potential partners, and building a strong and qualified sales pipeline, you will help position our portfolio and partnerships for long-term success.
As a Brand Partnership Sales Developer, you will own and develop a select number of key brand categories — proactively driving growth by defining category potential, mapping priority prospects, and securing high-value pitch meetings. You will build tailored narratives, sales materials, and commercial angles that support our overall go-to-market strategy. Working closely with lead sellers and commercial leadership, you will be responsible for presenting the strategy, aligning on execution, and ensuring strong follow-through across all stages of the sales cycle.
In addition to working category-strategic, you will also generate and close your own local and regional deals. By independently identifying, qualifying, and converting new business opportunities, you will directly contribute to revenue growth and help expand our footprint across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Shape and execute category strategies and support the broader go-to-market approach, ensuring that insights, priority prospects, and commercial positioning are clearly defined for each assigned category.
Generate new business opportunities and contribute directly to overall sales growth.
Conduct cold outreach and leverage warm touchpoints to develop a consistent and qualified pipeline of potential brand partners.
Align pipeline generation efforts with lead sellers, commercial leadership, and the overall sales strategy to meet targets and strengthen negotiation leverage for renewals.
Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach to closed-won.
Map and maintain up-to-date knowledge of key decision-makers, budget cycles, and points of contact within assigned brand categories.
Secure pitch meetings and ensure strong engagement with prospective brands, supported by lead sellers & commercial leadership.

20% — Category insights & business intelligence (in collaboration with Research)Generating and maintaining category-level business intelligence, including market insights, category mapping, prospect prioritization, and performance indicators.
