Role: Onboarding Account Manager 

Location: 401 N Michigan Avenue, Chicago, IL 

Salary: Competitive Base Salary with uncapped commissions; $75K total on target earnings

We’re expanding our client success team and are currently recruiting a proven Client Relationship Manager to join our new Chicago Account Management team.

After that, you’ll help establish  the team from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for handling the day-to-day management of client accounts; made up of new clients sent your way by our expert sales teams.

What you’ll be doing:

  • At every touchpoint you’ll demonstrate your expert-level understanding of your client’ needs, PHMG’s product portfolio and the wider industry to offer clients exceptional creative, technical, and commercial support
  • Optimize the client experience, creating operational efficiency and maximum satisfaction from clients
  • Lead from the front to create an environment for success
  • Achieve financial and client satisfaction goals
  • Give details to our clients on how our service works, set timeline expectations, and ultimately create trust with clients
  • Manage client onboarding with appropriate internal personnel in engineering, production, creative, and sales departments to quickly launch productions. 
  • Take responsibility for overall satisfaction and retention of assigned mid-market clients
  • Resolve client issues and work with internal stakeholders to propose solutions

What we look for:

  • Proven knowledge and experience of on boarding 
  • A creative, problem-solver who focuses on delivering client satisfaction
  • Highly organized and a diligent project manager, able to multi-task on client projects and deliverables
  • Strong technical skills with focus on process and system development
  • Proven ability to achieve quotas and KPI’s
  • A proactive and effective written and verbal communicator
