Your Mission:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to join our Revenue Operations team—a high-impact, fast-paced environment where collaboration, innovation, and results drive everything we do. In this role, you’ll be responsible for our marketing and sales pipeline strategy, leveraging AI tools, advanced analytics, and platforms like Outreach or Hubspot to optimize performance and deliver measurable growth.   • Attribution & Performance Measurement
    • Design and refine attribution models to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and customer touchpoints. 
    •  Deliver detailed reporting on pipeline health, ROI, and campaign performance, presenting key findings to leadership with clear recommendations.  
    • Share insights that drive collaboration and alignment across teams while influencing future strategies. 
  • Campaign & Pipeline Management
    • Build, manage, and maintain marketing and sales plays that align with business objectives and drive pipeline performance. 
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to support revenue growth and pipeline acceleration. 
  • Data Visualization & AI-Driven Insights  
    •  Create dashboards to visualize key metrics, highlight actionable insights, and support decision-making
    • Build, manage, and maintain marketing and sales plays that align with business objectives and drive pipeline performance. 
    • Develop and execute promotional campaigns to support revenue growth and pipeline acceleration. 
    • Leverage AI tools to uncover hidden opportunities, improve sales strategies, and enhance overall efficiency. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration 
    • Partner with sales, growth operations, and strategy teams to align goals and deliver on pipeline objectives.  

What You’ll Bring to Engine: 

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • Marketing Analytics & Revenue Operations Expertise: 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, pipeline analytics, or revenue operations, with a strong understanding of marketing funnels, sales pipelines, and pipeline health metrics.
  • AI & Data-Driven Insights: Proficiency in AI tools for improving pipeline performance and marketing strategies, with expertise in predictive modeling, cohort analysis, and attribution frameworks.
  • Marketing & Sales Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Inflection, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft), and CRM systems (Salesforce).
  • Data Analysis & Business Intelligence: Advanced skills in Excel, SQL, Looker, and business intelligence tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Ability to effectively translate complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
