Hotel Engine is seeking a Marketing Lead, PartnerHub to join our team, focusing on Partner Hub - our hotel property-facing platform. In this role, you will act as a liaison between our product, marketing, and sales teams, translating product features into compelling, value-driven messaging.

You will own pipeline generation for PartnerHub and will have support from our centers of excellence in design, digital marketing, and marketing ops. This is a foundational hire that will have a massive opportunity to grow a new business unit for Engine and there is an opportunity to grow the team underneath you.
Your Mission:
As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:
- Market research: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, the competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Product messaging: Follow the market landscape and collect competitive intelligence to benchmark product capabilities and develop effective product positioning that differentiates Engine & Partner Hub’s solutions in the marketplace.
- Demand Generation: Own pipeline and demand generation strategies. Work closely with your partners in the design, growth, and sales teams to develop demand generation strategies.
- GTM strategies: Define go-to-market strategies and product communication plans, develop marketing materials, and lead high-impact feature releases that drive adoption and revenue.
- Sales and marketing materials: Generate customer case studies, product 1-pagers, and other collateral to support marketing and sales initiatives and guide communication efforts across multiple audiences and channels.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic frameworks and assets for campaigns, enablement, and stakeholder communications.
- Performance analysis: Measure and analyze product marketing performance, adjusting strategies to meet business objectives. Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision-making to inform marketing strategies.
- Creative execution: Exceptional visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, and enhancing product visibility and customers.
What You’ll Bring to Engine:
We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:
- Related Experience: 3+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS or hospitality technology sector and 2+ years of experience with B2B marketing campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the capability to create compelling product narratives.
- Creative Approach: Visual design and copywriting skills, with a proven track record of bringing creative marketing ideas to life, enhancing product visibility and customer.
- Data Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and adapt as necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product marketing goals.
- Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Pendo, and Figma.
Cash Compensation: The base salary for this role is in the range of $180,000 to $200,000. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors including prior experience and expertise.
