Eligibility
Eligibility for promotion or transfer is determined by the requirements of the open position. To be considered for a different position, the employee must meet the following criteria:
- Possess the minimum experience, skills or education required by the position
- Be in your current position for at least six months as of the application date in Greenhouse (exceptions may be granted based on business need). All exceptions must be approved by the PBP and executive department leader.
- Is not currently on a performance improvement plan (PIP) and has not completed a PIP within the past six months or received a final written warning for performance, attendance, etc.
- Must meet the above eligibility requirements on or before the application date and maintain eligibility throughout the hiring process
- Must have discussed applying for the position with his/her/their current manager prior to applying
