About the Team:
The Marketing team scales our brands efficiently combining creative with data analytics, managing all marketing channels to drive brand growth. They continually build & execute a 360 marketing plan for both marketplace brands and direct-to-consumer brands.
About the Role:
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for boosting our biggest brands’ online presence with media buying campaigns that drive conversions via the different platforms and tools used by Essor. You will manage a team in order to strategize, create, and manage campaigns, monitor their performance, and optimize for results.
What you will do
- Manage Amazon DSP console and execute day-to-day DSP campaigns for different brands in our portfolio, maintaining budgets and recommending optimizations in support of product goals and innovations.
- Work with the tech team on optimization and automatisation of the channel to ensure best performance.
- Lead a team of media buying specialists, coordinate and prioritize their efforts across different channels and brands
- Coordinate the optimization of content creation for the different media buying channel
- Perform daily reviews of performance and prepare reports to internal stakeholders.
- Develop end-to-end relationships with the different team members such as creative team, brand managers and work hand in hand to provide the best performance
- Analyze data, and provide insights and recommendations in order to inform the team members of required actions related to consumer funnels, particularly new customer acquisition.
- Identify the variables that can be optimized and own the execution of the optimization.
- Identify and implement internal process improvements, content, and product enhancement opportunities.
- Maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues to contribute to the group’s achievement of goals, and to help foster a positive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and eCommerce tactics for advertising platforms.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 4-5 years experience in media buying management and execution, preferably in an agency.
- Extensive and in-depth knowledge of the online media buying ecosystem for advertising purposes.
- Have experience managing Media buyers on different platforms
- In-depth knowledge of tools like Excel/Google sheet but also platforms such as Amazon advertising, Google ads, Meta Business Manager, programmatic DSPs or any other channel business manager.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive attitude and a problem-solving approach, foreseeing possible difficulties and opportunities within the accounts.
- Exceptional understanding of advanced targeting, planning, and insights capabilities available through paid platforms.
- Advanced understanding and experience of optimization levers available to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
- Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and achieve deadlines while dealing with multiple assignments.
- Well-organized and disciplined with regard to policy, procedure, and standards.
- Customer-focused and understanding of the customer experience.
- Good numerical skills; oral and written communication skills.
- Strong learning agility, able to learn quickly and apply knowledge to complex and changing work.
- Fluent in English.
