Role Summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a hands-on APAC Logistics Manager to lead and execute end-to-end logistics operations across the APAC region excluding China and Japan, where dedicated market-specific Logistics Managers are in place.

This role will focus on Korea, ANZ, Southeast Asia, and India, and will work in close collaboration with the China and Japan Logistics Managers to ensure regional alignment, standardization, and best-practice sharing. Based in Hong Kong, this is a highly execution-focused role suited to someone who thrives in ambiguity and can independently build and operate logistics across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End APAC Logistics Execution (Hands-On)

  • Own and execute logistics operations across APAC – (with a focus on KR, ANZ, SEA, and India markets) including inbound imports, domestic distribution, and returns.
  • Personally manage customs clearance processes across multiple APAC jurisdictions, including documentation review, duty/tax handling, and coordination with customs brokers.
  • Source, negotiate, contract, and manage freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and last-mile carriers across assigned markets.
  • Stand up and manage warehousing solutions (bonded and non-bonded), including SOP development, inbound/outbound processes, inventory controls, and reporting.
  • Act as the primary point of accountability for logistics issues across the region, directly resolving shipment delays, customs holds, inventory discrepancies, and carrier performance issues.

Regional Operations & Global Coordination

  • Coordinate shipments with global factories, suppliers, and distribution centers to ensure accurate bookings, documentation, and delivery timelines.
  • Execute and track inventory movements and availability across B2B, B2C, and eCommerce channels.
  • Manage returns and reverse logistics workflows, including inspections, rework, and disposition.
  • Maintain hands-on oversight of freight costs, invoices, accruals, and variance analysis across APAC lanes.

Market Build-Out & Continuous Improvement

  • Build scalable logistics processes, templates, and SOPs adaptable across diverse APAC markets.
  • Translate regional demand plans into executable shipment schedules, capacity planning, and logistics execution strategies.
  • Track and improve KPIs across cost, service level, lead time, and inventory accuracy through direct execution.
  • Identify risks early and implement pragmatic, cost-effective solutions appropriate for varying market maturity levels.

Cross-Functional & Regional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Regional Director of Supply Chain / Operations on APAC market readiness, launches, and ongoing execution.
  • Collaborate closely with China and Japan Logistics Managers to ensure alignment on regional standards, systems, carriers, and ways of working.
  • Work hands-on with global supply chain, operations, finance, tax, legal, and eCommerce teams to ensure APAC operations are compliant and executable.
  • Support localization of systems, reporting, and workflows while maintaining alignment with global supply chain standards.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of hands-on logistics and supply chain experience across multiple APAC markets.
  • Strong practical knowledge of APAC import/export regulations, customs clearance, and regional freight operations.
  • Proven experience personally executing logistics operations, not just managing vendors or teams.
  • Experience building or scaling logistics in emerging and developed markets strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related discipline.
  • Strong working knowledge of 3PL systems, freight processes, and Excel-based tracking/reporting.
  • Comfortable operating independently with minimal structure in a fast-growing regional environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
  • Fluent or business-level English required; additional APAC languages a plus.

The above list of job duties is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
