The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about new technologies and experiences, developing strategies based on the insights of real people, elevating the design team through their craft, and paving the way for innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Drive and own key features within our Sportsbook and Casino product experiences, helping to craft the vision for our product by identifying new opportunities and prioritizing enhancements.
  • Working with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, experience researchers, fellow designers) to drive design executions for core product that meet the needs of our internal and external customers.
  • Applying strategic thinking to visualize ideas and concepts and communicate them effectively and compellingly for internal stakeholders, partners and customers
  • Building positive, collaborative relationships with product management, development, marketing, and the broader UX team, as well as continuously "raising the bar" as an effective member of the team.
  • Leading cross-functional collaboration efforts like workshops & design sprints in order to generate and evaluate creative solutions.
  • Leveraging cross-functional leadership skills to help to guide, improve, and implement design and feedback processes.
  • Being an active mentor for more junior designers, and being an active participant in critique, design reviews, and  planning.
  • Create detailed user flows, wireframes, etc., communicating UX clearly to relevant teams and the rationale for decisions that were made. Mentor more junior designers in your feature area in the creation of high-quality deliverables that reflect high-quality thinking and decision-making.
  • Contributing to the design system with design elements, patterns, layouts, and user flows, usage guidelines and best practices from your feature area.
  • Address and design for the entire user experience, including edge-cases and unhappy paths.
  • Track the impact of your work via user feedback and data insights to help the team identify opportunities for continued iteration

What You Bring to the Role

  • 6 plus years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar role.
  • A track record of designing high-quality digital products that delivered results and demonstrate the depth of your design skills; illustrated in a portfolio or case studies.
  • Expert knowledge of the end-to-end product design process, demonstrating a command of product strategy, distilling the jobs to be done for a given user, journey mapping, information architecture, interaction design, and user interface design.
  • Demonstrated communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills that clearly communicate complex concepts across different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • A proven ability to evaluate the customer and business impact of your design decisions inside and outside your own product area.
  • Deep experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and product research
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; you have the ability to help your team and stakeholders understand the “why” behind your design rationale
  • You understand front-end code, the limitations of technology and have a deep understanding of the needs of engineers you’ve worked with previously.
  • You are curious and like to stay in tuned with the latest updates and techniques.
  • You are a proactive self-starter, systems thinker, comfortable with taking what is ambiguous and making it tangible by leveraging design thinking techniques.
  • Proficient in Figma as well as other design and prototyping tools.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
