About the Role
Join Glean as an AI Outcomes Manager and become the driver for enterprise AI transformation. In this pivotal position, you'll harness Glean's platform to change how organizations operate across every department. Partner directly with executive leadership and frontline users to orchestrate their journey to becoming an AI-native enterprise through your unique blend of business strategy, product expertise, and AI mastery.
What You'll Drive
- Collaborate with executive sponsors to architect strategic AI roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact
- Master Glean's product ecosystem to drive an entirely new way of working for every department
- Lead transformative use case discovery workshops that convert business challenges into tangible AI-powered solutions
- Shape product evolution by amplifying customer voices to our engineering teams and influencing our strategic direction
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand Glean's footprint and deepen customer engagement
Who you are
- Hungry, curious, and consultative mindset
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to different users and scenarios
- Ability to understand various user types and convey a sense of the most valuable applications of AI in diverse job functions
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with multiple stakeholder groups
- Creative problem solver with good product sense who can demonstrate and drive the full potential of Glean’s capabilities
- Prior experience in consulting roles, solutions engineering, or product management is a plus
