The team is comprised of multi-disciplinary operators providing a suite of tailored resources and strategic guidance extending beyond just capital. These solutions will include off-the-shelf software implementations, 3rd party integrations, and custom software development. The TPM will be responsible for its success but will notSneior necessarily be responsible for the actual work (for example, an outsourced software development firm will be identified and the TPM will manage the vendor as part of the execution of custom software initiatives).

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Strong skills in data analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and developing detailed project plans.
- Strong knowledge in tools like Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
