Business/Financial Planning Specialist
Responsibilities
- Financial Forecasting: Compile and report on projected financial outcomes to support accurate forecasting and budgeting within the business office.
- Financial Settlement: Oversee the financial closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate account settlements for the business division.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for both scheduled and spontaneous meetings, managing all related materials and ensuring comprehensive follow-ups on actionable items.
- Project Management: Monitor and report on the progress of to-do lists for each team leader in the business office, aligning tasks with company goals and ensuring timely execution.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Korean & English is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to rapidly assimilate other company-specific applications.
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of two years of experience in settlement, accounting, or a related field.
- Exceptional skill in managing financial and numerical data, adhering strictly to a zero-tolerance policy for errors in financial documentation.

The base salary for the position ranges from $50,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on your experience, qualifications, and skill set.
