Perfect Sales Internship Based in Berlin for Fluent Dutch Speakers
Looking for an exciting 6 or 12-month internship abroad where you can gain hands-on experience in sales? At Hive, we’re offering ambitious Dutch-speaking students and recent grads the opportunity to join one of Europe’s fastest-growing tech scaleups and kickstart their career in tech sales.
As a Sales Development Representative Intern, you’ll become part of our high-performing outbound sales team. From cold calling to booking meetings with decision-makers at top ecommerce brands in the Netherlands and beyond, you’ll be learning by doing, every single day.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Cold call and connect: Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking prospects, sparking interest and starting meaningful sales conversations
Drive business: Book meetings with ecommerce brands and build a qualified sales pipeline for our Account Executives
Get real training: Learn sales strategies, prospecting tools, objection handling, and performance-driven outreach tactics through hands-on coaching
Work in an international team: Collaborate with a diverse group of teammates from across Europe, right in the heart of Berlin
Own your impact: Work towards clear, trackable goals with support and recognition along the way
Who we’re looking for
Fluent Dutch speaker with strong English (written and spoken)
Currently studying or recently graduated in international business, sales, marketing, communication, or a related field. Erasmus Programme applicable.
Motivated to gain real sales experience and explore a career in tech
Comfortable on the phone and excited about cold outreach
Curious, coachable, and eager to learn fast in a startup environment
